Using Zivo

Zivo helps businesses manage WhatsApp chats, quotes, invoices, payments, receipts, jobs, reports, and optional automation inside their own workspace.

Workspace responsibility

Each business is responsible for the customer messages, invoice details, job updates, staff permissions, payment settings, and customer-facing communication it sends through Zivo.

Billing and suspension

Plans may be billed monthly or yearly. Suspended or cancelled workspaces cannot create new invoices, jobs, or AI suggestions, but existing records remain available to authorized users.

Acceptable use

Workspaces must not use Zivo for spam, fraud, unlawful payments, unauthorized customer data collection, or messages that violate WhatsApp or M-Pesa operating rules.
