Can Zivo send M-Pesa payment requests from WhatsApp?

Yes. Staff can create a ZivoPay invoice from a chat and send a secure invoice link. The customer opens the link and pays by STK.

What happens after a customer pays?

The invoice is marked paid, the chat shows the payment status, and staff can create the delivery job from the paid invoice.

Can staff see only their assigned jobs?

Yes. Normal staff see their own assigned jobs while managers and admins can see all workspace jobs.

Are WhatsApp Cloud API charges included?

No. Zivo subscription covers the platform. WhatsApp Cloud API message charges are calculated from actual usage.
